To start a return or if you have any questions about returns you can contact us at hello@giftable.ie
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are entirely at the discretion of Giftable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and sealed in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions. If you would like to cancel or amend an order, please contact us directly before postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any cost associated with the return may be payable by the customer.
Damages and issues
We work closely with all of the brands that we stock to ensure we are delivering the best quality products, however, if any of the products are defective or have been damaged in shipping, please let us know within 48hours of receiving by emailing hello@giftable.ie
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can correct the error. Please note that the box and packaging are not categorised as a product.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom or branded products, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If your box has not yet been dispatched, email us on hello@giftable.ie and we are happy to exchange it for another item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
