How long does it take to process my order?

  • One off orders are processed immediately, once payment is made through the website.
  • Large Gift Box orders vary and will depend on the type and quantity of Gifts requested. Once your order is confirmed, we will issue an invoice to you. Payment must then be processed via a bank transfer. Once payment has been received, our Giftable team will start processing your order, providing estimated shipping dates. 
  • Customized Gifts or branded Gift Boxes will take 3-4 weeks from the final decision on designs.

How long does it take to ship my order?

  • Following the processing of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and order tracking information.
  • ROI parcels are shipped with An Post using "Express Parcel With Signature" labels. Delivery takes 2-3 working days, however, it can take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas. 
  • We offer an Express Delivery option which will expedite your order processing and dispatch with DPD next day delivery service.
  • Northern Ireland, UK, EU and international parcels are shipped with An Post or DPD and shipping times will vary depending on the country. Please contact out team today for an up-to-date delivery costing hello@giftable.ie

 

Multiple Location Orders

If your order requires shipping to multiple locations, our corporate gifting team will provide you with an excel template to input your recipient's addresses. When complete, the file must be encrypted with a password before being sent to the Giftable team. After completion of the order, this file will be deleted. How much does it cost to ship parcels?

We offer many different delivery options. We can deliver your order to one location, for example, your office or to multiple locations, for example, if your recipients are working from home. Please see below for more information on each option: 

  • Bulk Order, One Location Delivery (Dublin/Kildare): €60 incl. VAT
  • Bulk Order, One Location Delivery (Outside of Dublin/Kildare): price varies depending on the quantity of gift boxes ordered.
  • Multiple Addresses An Post Express with signature (ROI): €9.24 incl. VAT per address up to 10kg
  • Multiple Addresses An Post Standard (ROI): €5.96 incl. VAT per address up to 10kg
  • UK and Northern Ireland: €11.10 per address up to 10kg
  • EU and International: shipping costs will vary depending on the country. Please contact a member of our gifting team for more information.
